Yoga for U

Customize a yoga or meditation practice to make Yoga for “you”.  Using an evidence-based approach, we will work with your group to develop a regular yoga practice or series of lessons that are suited directly to your needs. Perfect for support groups, friend groups, clubs, organizations, or corporate groups looking to incorporate a regular studio class on the schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

We will follow these steps to begin a student-teacher relationship of accessibility and understanding.  Eventually, your group will build a mini-community around your yoga practice and your groups’ specific needs. 

 With your group, our Yoga for U program will…

  1. Establish group characteristics and needs through an introductory meeting or call.
  2. Use existing literature, research, yoga community resources, and evidence from group members, determine the needs of the group when starting a yoga, meditation, or mindfulness practice.
  3. Gather for a practice in the studio with group members allowing time for feedback and debriefing
  4. Discuss frequency of practice with the group and establish schedule 
  5. Discuss class size and enrollment options (private, open to the public, word of mouth)
  6. Create a community fueled by practice of yoga and regular interaction with others sharing similar experiences.
