Zoom is an online video and teleconferencing tool that we are using to hold online yoga classes. We have chosen it because not only can our students see the instructor, but we are also able to see you. Seeing you allows us to make sure that you are able to follow our guidance in your yoga practice clearly and that you are safe in the postures.
You can use Zoom on your computer, your mobile phone, or your tablet. Below are some links that you can follow to help you to get it set up and test out the video on the device that you choose to use.
